My Story

My name is Olivia Heuer, and I am currently a student at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. I recently began working at Associated Bank, where I am continuing to grow both professionally and personally while balancing my education and leadership opportunities.

I am the daughter of a police officer and a teacher, and from a young age I was taught the importance of education and the lasting impact it can have on individuals and communities. That foundation has shaped my passion for learning, leadership, and service.

My journey in the Miss America Organization has played a significant role in my personal growth. This is my third year competing in the organization and my second title. Through this experience, I have earned over $4,000 in scholarships, developed strong interview and public speaking skills, built lasting friendships, and gained countless opportunities I am incredibly grateful for.

For my Miss Wisconsin talent, I will be performing a jazz routine to “We Are One.” Dance and music have always been a major part of my life. I am self-taught, with additional experience gained through participation in my high school cheer and dance team, which helped me build my skills and confidence as a performer.

Outside of academics and competition, a few fun facts about me are that I am a huge Disney fan—Stitch is my favorite character. I also love collecting rocks, and my collection continues to grow. My favorite season is fall, and my favorite holiday is Halloween. At home, I have two cats who I adore very much.
